Deactivate / Reactivate your plan(s)

To temporarily suspend your plan just enter your email address (the one used to create your subscription),let us know your pick-up day, and select "put my plan on hold." When you want to reactivate your plan, return to this page and select "reactivate my plan."

please leave enough time for your plan change to take effect, we need at least Three days before your pick-up day. If you pick up on sunday your billing day is FRiday, and you would need to put your plan on hold by Thursday at 8:00pm or it wont take effect until the following period. Thanks!
